Team names, league names and club badges referred to on this site belong to their respective owners, and we use them for identification and reporting. Nothing here implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any league, team or governing body.

3. Your Contributions

If you post a comment or send us material, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, store, reproduce and adapt it on the site and in connected channels. You confirm that the material is yours to give, is accurate as far as you know, and does not breach anyone else's rights or any law.

We may edit, refuse or remove any contribution, and we are not obliged to publish anything you send us.

4. Accuracy and No Professional Advice

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Statistics, schedules and figures may change after publication.

8. Copyright Complaints

We investigate valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material where the complaint is well founded. If you believe material was removed in error, you may send us a counter notice containing the equivalent information. We may terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.

If you send us an article, a pitch or other material, whether commissioned or not, you confirm that it is original, that you hold the rights in it, and that publishing it will not breach anyone else's rights. We may edit it, decline it, or publish it with the labelling our editorial standards require. Sending us material does not create an obligation to publish it or to pay for it unless we have agreed that in writing.

10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including network or hosting failures, power outages, industrial action, or acts of government.

11. Transfer of These Terms

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Sports America is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

18. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. A delay in enforcing these terms is not a waiver of our rights. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the site.
